It is not about discrimination, Civil or Human rights abuse, or the violation of the 4th or 14th amendments

It is about whether or not the AZ law 'preempts' the existing Federal Immigration Law

The Federal Government wants to asserts its dominance in the failed Immigration Policy of these divided states

The truth is that these 'illegals' are the victims of globalism, exploitation and are also technically drug war refugees

None of these realities are the fault of average Mexicans, Americans or Arizonans

Well he wasn't exactly right, that Giant Sucking was the sound of Mexicans coming to America to take those jobs at depressed wages and of course collapsed local economies, low wage no benefit jobs for citizens, and 100 years of labor rights lost in the matter of 10 years like your pension and living wage

If there were not a cheap and almost endless labor pool coming from Mexico and other countries then employers in the US would have to pay their employees what the labor market demands, but that market functions against labor if you can be replaced by someone willing to work for a half, a third, a fourth of the pay that a citizen would demand, consequently everyone feels the squeeze and the people most affected are Americans

While Illegales support themselves here and their families back home.
