McChrystal’s Removed From Afghan Command - NYTimes.com
After reading the Rolling Stone article yesterday, I was not surprised by how McChrystal referred to politicians and foreigners, I was surprised that he voted for Obama but I guess all military brass is pro war, gives them something to do.
McChrystal was involved in the Pat Tillman cover up, torture and detainee abuse and has spent the last year propping up Hamid Karzai the make believe prez of Kabul, notice that Hamid and his brother Wali the drug running war lord were quick to defend McChrystal.
What McChrystal got relieved for was offending Obama and his administration. Remember that Afghanistan is a joke, the bad guys from that region live and operate in Pakistan, you know extremely fundamental and nuclear armed Pakistan,
The USG sacrifices lives and money for an impossible task, rebuild a government in Afghanistan so we can exploit the mineral resources of that failed state, sound familiar to anyone?
