Regardless of where the President was born, he was sworn in as president by the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS, the body charged with interpreting all laws, including the constitutional requirements of all presidents being 'naturally born' in the US.

So if Obama was born in Kenya then the SCOTUS is to blame, and not only should Obama be impeached but so should John Roberts.
